Job summary

A luxury hospitality company in Dubai is seeking a Host to welcome and assist VIP guests at the One&Only Royal Mirage Resort. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role within the upscale luxury hospitality industry, with strong customer service skills and attention to detail. Knowledge of the Opera system is a plus. This position requires excellent communication skills in English and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years' experience in luxury hospitality or five-star hotels.
• Strong customer service and reservations background.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist VIP guests with check-ins and concierge enquiries.
• Ensure special requests for VIP guests are managed.
• Communicate with the airport team about guest arrivals.
