Business Umbrella - Recruitment, Training, Consulting, Licensing Healthcare Education Real estate seeks a seasoned VIP Chauffeur to provide discreet, safe transportation for the CEO. The role demands experience with luxury vehicles, impeccable presentation, and strong knowledge of UAE roads.

You will plan routes, coordinate with the Executive Assistant, and maintain premium vehicle conditions. Flexible hours and a high standard of personal service are expected for this executive-level position.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as VIP/Executive Chauffeur or CEO driver is required.
• Experience handling luxury vehicles such as Mercedes-Benz S-Class, BMW 7 Series, Bentley, or Rolls-Royce.
• Valid UAE driving licence with an excellent driving record.
• Strong knowledge of UAE roadways, especially Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
• Impeccable grooming, professional presentation and VIP etiquette knowledge.
• Five+ years relevant chauffeur experience for senior executives or VIPs.
• Experience in private households, family offices, or luxury hospitality preferred.
• Defensive driving or first-aid training.
• Additional language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, punctual transportation for the CEO to meetings, events, and airport transfers.
• Plan routes considering traffic, security, and schedule changes.
• Coordinate with the CEO’s Executive Assistant to manage daily transportation needs.
• Maintain luxury vehicles in pristine condition and prepare for premium passenger experience.
• Perform routine vehicle checks and coordinate servicing, renewal of registrations and insurance.
• Deliver attentive service including door opening, luggage handling, and smooth arrivals/departures.
• Maintain discretion regarding conversations and business matters.
• Handle last-minute changes calmly and professionally.
• Keep accurate records of mileage, maintenance, and expenses.
• Work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as per the CEO’s schedule.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced, polished VIP Chauffeur to provide safe, discreet, and exceptional transportation services to the CEO.

The ideal candidate will have a proven background supporting CEOs, senior executives, or VIP principals and extensive experience driving luxury vehicles. This role requires impeccable presentation, sound judgment, confidentiality, and a consistently high standard of personal service.

Previous experience as a VIP Chauffeur or dedicated driver to a CEO is mandatory.

• Provide safe, punctual, and comfortable transportation for the CEO to meetings, corporate events, airport transfers, and other engagements.
• Plan routes proactively, accounting for traffic, scheduling changes, security considerations, and alternative access points.
• Coordinate closely with the CEO’s Executive Assistant or office to manage daily transportation requirements.
• Maintain luxury vehicles in immaculate condition, ensuring cleanliness, readiness, and a premium passenger experience.
• Conduct routine vehicle checks and coordinate servicing, maintenance, registration, and insurance renewals.
• Deliver attentive chauffeur service, including opening doors, assisting with luggage, and managing arrivals and departures smoothly.
• Maintain absolute discretion regarding the CEO’s conversations, movements, business affairs, and personal information.
• Respond calmly and professionally to last-minute changes and unexpected situations.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle mileage, maintenance, and related expenses.
• Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, according to the CEO’s schedule.

Requirements

Mandatory Requirements

• Proven experience as a *VIP Chauffeur, Executive Chauffeur, or dedicated CEO driver*.
• Demonstrated experience handling high-end luxury vehicles, such as Mercedes-Benz S-Class, BMW 7 Series, Bentley, or Rolls-Royce.
• Valid UAE driving licence and an excellent driving record.
• Strong knowledge of UAE roads, particularly Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Impeccable grooming, professional presentation, and courteous manners.
• Strong understanding of VIP etiquette, executive protocol, and service standards.
• Exceptional punctuality, reliability, discretion, and attention to detail.
• Verifiable references from previous employers.
• Five or more years of relevant chauffeur experience supporting senior executives, VIPs, or high-net-worth individuals.
• Previous experience in a private executive household, family office, or luxury hospitality environment.
• Defensive driving, advanced driving, or first-aid training.
• Additional language skills.
