Role Overview

We’re looking for a talented Videographer & Video Editor to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for shooting, editing, and delivering high-quality video content for both Kayan Marketing and Kayan Real Estate divisions — including property videos, social media campaigns, corporate content, and event coverage.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture professional photo and video content for properties, campaigns, and events.
• Plan and execute shoots with creativity and attention to detail.
• Edit videos for social media, marketing campaigns, and client presentations.
• Create cinematic property walkthroughs and lifestyle reels.
• Add motion graphics, subtitles, transitions, and sound design when needed.
• Manage video storage, archiving, and backups.
• Coordinate with the marketing team and designers to ensure consistent branding.
• Deliver final content optimized for multiple platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, website).

Requirements

• Proven experience as a videographer and video editor (agency or real estate experience preferred).
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar.
• Skilled with DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.
• Strong eye for composition, framing, and storytelling.
• Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and deliver creative results fast.
• Flexible to shoot across different locations in Dubai.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in real estate content creation.
• Basic drone operation and photography.
• Understanding of digital marketing and social media video trends.
