Job summary

Renowned Agency Dubai is seeking a full-time Videographer & Editor to join our creative team, handling both short-form reels and long-form event content. You’ll deliver on-brand edits with strong pacing, sound design, motion graphics, and selective VFX.

Expect on-location shoots using cameras and phones, with color grading to maintain a premium look across clients. You’ll collaborate with the account team to ensure briefs are met, export optimized for each platform, and manage footage through

Qualifications

• Proven experience editing both short-form and long-form video (portfolio or reel required).
• Strong command of editing tools to deliver on-brand content across platforms.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Experience with color grading and on-location shooting is needed.

Responsibilities

• Shoot and edit short-form and long-form video for multiple clients.
• Create on-brand edits with strong pacing, SFX, motion graphics, and light VFX.
• Color grade and correct footage for a premium look across clients.
• Mix and clean audio including dialogue, voiceover, and music balance.
• Shoot on professional cameras as well as smartphones depending on the brief.
• Plan shots and storyboards ahead of shoots when needed.
• Layout captions/subtitles and export content for 9:16, 1:1, 16:9 formats.
• Work from briefs and technical specs and meet deadlines.

Renowned Agency is looking for a full-time Videographer & Editor to join our creative team, working across a fast-moving roster of clients.

Responsibilities:

• Shoot and edit both short-form content (reels, TikToks) and long-form video (event coverage, brand films, interviews) for multiple clients
• Turn raw footage into scroll-stopping, on-brand edits — strong pacing, sound design/SFX, motion graphics, and light VFX where needed, not just cutting clips together
• Color grade and correct footage for a consistent, premium look across clients
• Mix and clean audio — dialogue, voiceover, and music balance, not just adding effects
• Shoot on both professional camera equipment and smartphone, depending on the brief and setting
• Plan shots and storyboard ahead of shoots when needed
• Style captions/subtitles and export content correctly for each platform (9:16, 1:1, 16:9)
• Work from approved briefs and technical specs, and deliver on time, every time
• Manage footage and deliverables through Frame.io
• Collaborate closely with the account team to keep content aligned with each client's voice

Requirements:

• Proven experience editing both short-form and long-form video (portfolio or reel required)
• Strong command of editing tools: CapCut, Premiere Pro, and After Effects (for motion graphics/VFX)
• Experience with color grading (DaVinci Resolve or similar)
• Confident shooting on camera (DSLR/mirrorless) and on phone
• Fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken and written)
• Comfortable filming on location — events, interviews, action/sports settings
• Reliable, deadline-driven, and detail-oriented — you take briefs seriously and hit first-pass approval
• Based in or able to relocate to Dubai, UAE; valid UAE driving license is a plus
