Job summary

PRG EMEA in Dubai seeks an experienced Video Operations Lead to support planning, project management and sales teams across all projects. You will guide staff and freelancers while ensuring high standards of safety and delivery for a diverse project portfolio.

With 5+ years in the field, you will manage resources during peak periods, oversee equipment readiness, and coordinate with planning to safeguard artistic integrity and client expectations. A proactive, detail-oriented leader is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years’ experience.
• Experience in managing and motivating a team.
• Strong understanding of video and LED technology.
• Good grasp of electrical theory / power distribution.
• Excellent organisational and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Be responsive to internal and external issues and enquiries.
• Deliver accurate briefs to Planning, Project Management and Sales.
• Safeguard artistic integrity during operational delivery of events.
• Plan and design video solutions to match event requirements.
• Assess booking requirements using equipment rental software.
• Supervise equipment prep and testing to PRG standards.
• Maintain clear communication across planning and team members.
• Log and mitigate damage to property and equipment.
• Oversee testing and certification of video equipment.
• Plan maintenance, repairs, and upgrades of all video gear.
• Conduct site visits to ensure delivery standards.
• Lead process improvements to increase efficiency and profitability.
• Ensure staff comply with grooming policies and PPE.
• Assess workloads and staffing to meet deadlines.
