Working as part of the Video Department, you will deliver quality video solutions to our clients in the Special Events, Corporate, and Concert markets. You will develop and deliver solutions in exciting and challenging environments, often against tight deadlines.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of the live events industry.
- Experience in calculating equipment power requirements for projects.
- Ability to calculate server output requirements, pixel counts, and processor loading capacity for LED projects.
- Experience in calculating server output, pixel counts, Lux levels, and blends for projection.
- Proven experience working on medium to large-scale special events, concerts, and corporate events.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong understanding of Network Architecture, Projection, Camera, and Media Server systems.
- Experience in installation, configuration, and dismantling of LED technology.
- Positive attitude both in the warehouse and on-site.
- Methodical, analytical, with good fault-finding skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- High accuracy and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, with good time management and a commitment to personal development.

- Assist in the design, preparation, installation, and operation of video equipment.
- Support pitches and quotations with technical expertise.
- Maintain and update technical documentation.
- Ensure software and licenses are current.
- Maintain an efficient workflow within the department.
- Identify and report common faults.
- Test hardware and software before full-scale deployment.
- Manage customer content safely and dispose of or store as appropriate.
- Notify stakeholders of equipment shortages.
- Support routine maintenance and repairs.
- Uphold quality standards.
- Stay updated with the latest technology.
- Ensure all equipment is ready for events and support show operations.
- Report and label faulty or damaged equipment promptly.
- Assist with routine warehouse maintenance.
- Participate in production and site meetings as required.
