You will edit long-form episodes and create short-form content for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and more, while maintaining brand consistency and delivering on tight schedules.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in graphic design and video editing.
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro and Photoshop or Illustrator.
• Experience with After Effects is an advantage.
• A strong portfolio showcasing both video editing and graphic design.
• Understanding of social media formats, visual storytelling, and audience engagement.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Edit long-form podcast episodes for YouTube and other platforms.
• Create engaging short-form content for social media (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).
• Produce podcast trailers, cinematic edits, promotional videos, and branded content.
• Add subtitles, motion graphics, transitions, sound design, and visual effects where appropriate.
• Maintain high storytelling, pacing, and visual quality; deliver on schedule and manage revisions.

We work with founders, C-suite executives, brands and industry leaders to build podcasts and content that grow their authority, their audience and their personal brand.

With over 1,000 episodes produced, we’re expanding our creative team and looking for a talented Graphic Designer & Video Editor to help us deliver exceptional creative work for our clients.

The Role

We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented professional who combines strong graphic design skills with video editing expertise. You’ll work closely with our production and management teams to turn raw footage, creative briefs, and brand assets into polished, engaging content.

Key Responsibilities

Video Editing

• Edit long-form podcast episodes for YouTube and other platforms.
• Create engaging short-form content, including Instagram Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts.
• Produce podcast trailers, cinematic edits, promotional videos, and branded content.
• Add subtitles, motion graphics, transitions, sound design, and visual effects where appropriate.
• Maintain high standards of storytelling, pacing, and visual quality.
• Deliver projects on schedule and manage revisions efficiently.

Graphic Design

• Design social media posts, carousels, thumbnails, and podcast cover artwork.
• Create promotional graphics and branded visual assets for clients.
• Develop creative concepts that align with individual brand identities.
• Maintain consistent typography, colors, layouts, and visual standards.
• Adapt designs for different platforms and content formats.
• Teamwork & Organization
• Collaborate with the production and management teams on creative briefs.
• Incorporate feedback and client revisions efficiently.
• Keep project files organized and maintain structured workflows.
• Stay updated on social media trends, editing techniques, and design styles.

Requirements

Proven experience in graphic design and video editing.

Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator.
