OIA Properties is seeking a creative Video Editor & Content Creator to join our growing real estate team in the United Arab Emirates. You will plan, shoot, edit and deliver engaging content tailored for social media, including reels, property tours and promotional videos.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with video editing software and a keen eye for storytelling, pacing, typography and sound. Real estate content experience is a plus, and you thrive working both independently and with

Qualifications

Proven experience as Video Editor, Videographer, or Content Creator.
Strong knowledge of video editing software such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Final Cut Pro.
Must know how to create, shoot, and edit videos from start to finish.
Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Good understanding of social media platforms and current content trends.
Knowledge of cameras, lighting, and basic videography.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Real estate content experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Shoot and edit high-quality videos for social media and marketing purposes.
Create engaging Reels, short-form videos, property tours, promotional videos, and other content.
Edit raw footage into creative and professional videos.
Add music, captions, transitions, effects, and graphics.
Develop creative video concepts and content ideas; handle basic videography (camera angles, lighting, framing).
Create content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and other platforms.
Work closely with the marketing and real estate teams.
Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Stay updated with current social media and video trends.
