Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Dubai. The Video Editor will plan, edit, and assemble video content for property listings, brand campaigns, social media, and marketing materials. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with marketing and sales teams to understand project goals, organizing footage, applying color grading, and enhancing videos with motion graphics and visual elements. The role also involves optimizing videos for different platforms, maintaining brand consistency across all visual content, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. The Video Editor will contribute creative ideas to showcase properties and elevate the overall visual identity of Oia Properties.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing, including planning shoots, organizing footage, and assembling compelling visual stories.
• Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading to ensure consistent, high-quality visuals that align with brand aesthetics and property presentation standards.
• Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics to create engaging titles, overlays, animations, and other visual elements for marketing content.
• Proficiency in industry-standard editing and post-production software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar) is required.
• Strong visual storytelling abilities, attention to detail, and an understanding of social media and digital marketing trends are highly beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Dubai, collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
• Relevant experience as a Video Editor in real estate, marketing, or a related field, and a portfolio showcasing previous work; a degree or diploma in Film, Media, Design, or a related discipline is an advantage.
