Job summary

Xperteez Technology Pvt Ltd in Remote is seeking a Video Content Lead with a strong motion design background to develop visual concepts and shape motion language across launches, social content, brand campaigns, and product storytelling.

You will translate AI concepts into clear visuals, lead visual direction for high-quality video content, and collaborate with Brand, Marketing, Product, and Creative teams to execute campaigns.

Qualifications

• Strong portfolio in motion design, product animation, and tech-focused visual work.
• Advanced proficiency in After Effects or equivalent should be demonstrated.
• Strong editing skills with Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve; proficient with Figma for UI motion.

Responsibilities

• Lead the visual direction and execution of high-quality video and motion content.
• Create polished UI and product animations, including interfaces, dashboards, terminals, code, workflows, and cinematic transitions.
• Develop visual concepts from scratch, not just execute existing storyboards.
• Create experimental brand motion using particles, data effects, distortion, depth, 3D, and generative elements.
• Translate complex AI and software concepts into visuals that feel clear, technical, and engaging.
• Work closely with Brand, Marketing, Product, and Creative teams on launches and campaigns.

This role goes beyond editing. We’re looking for someone who can develop visual concepts, shape the motion language, and bring product stories to life across launches, social content, brand campaigns, and product storytelling.
