Job summary

KOZMA & KOZMA SALON in Dubai is seeking a video content creator to produce high quality videos for our social media channels, showcasing salon services and products.

You will lead end-to-end production, from ideation and shooting to editing, color and audio, with a focus on Instagram and TikTok formats.

Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, English communication, and a creative mindset are essential; we offer competitive pay and vacation benefits.

Job description

Purpose:

The video content creators job to create high quality creative videos for our social media, by creating video content filming our salon services and our products, clients before and after, tutorials, and whatever other videos needed for marketing.

Responsibility

1. Create and develop various creative marketing requirement, including: videos, animations, motion graphics, and other multimedia content.
2. Perform the entire video content creation, including ideation, storyboarding, shooting, editing, graphics, color and audio correction, and delivery
3. Create short videos primarily for Instagram and Tik Tok filming in various salon branches, and filming our products.
4. Create high quality and creative videos that will generate high number of views and engagements.
5. Contribute to growing our social media audiences with the video content created.

Required Role Competencies

1. Ability to produce and edit multiple videos simultaneously and independently, and produce high-quality output within specific time constraints.
2. Proven video editing, motion graphics and animated content creation experience
3. Highly proficient in video production and video-related equipment
4. Highly proficient in Adobe Premiere and After Effects with some experience in other Adobe creative suite programs.
5. Familiar with producing for social media channels and other video-based digital platforms
6. Proficient in motion animations and incorporating graphics and text into video edits
7. Good English & Written Communication.
