Role Purpose

The Vice President – Sales (International Markets) will lead global sales operations and drive revenue growth across key regions including the Middle East, Europe, Africa, Asia‑Pacific, and the Americas. This senior leadership role requires a strategic, results‑driven professional with strong experience in B2B travel distribution, established market relationships, and a proven track record of scaling international sales performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the international sales team to achieve strong revenue growth across global markets.
  • Take full P&L ownership of international sales and deliver quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Develop and implement strategic market expansion plans focused on high‑potential regions and partnerships.
  • Define and optimize sales processes, KPIs, and performance frameworks to ensure efficiency and accountability.
  • Build and maintain relationships with major travel agencies, consolidators, and strategic accounts worldwide.
  • Monitor industry trends, competition, and pricing strategies to sustain a strong competitive position.
  • Work closely with product, marketing, and finance teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.
  • Represent the organisation at international trade fairs, networking events, and B2B exhibitions to enhance market presence.
  • Recruit, mentor, and motivate regional sales leaders, fostering a culture of ownership and high performance.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and market insights to senior management.
  • Support annual budgeting, pricing strategies, and strategic alliances to drive long‑term business growth.
