Vice President (Performance & Key Accounts)

Role Purpose

Support the executive team in driving the company’s operational excellence through data‑driven performance analysis. You will standardise ground handling performance across the Menzies network with a focus on global key customers to ensure ground handling standards are followed in line with Menzies standards and customers’ SLAs.

What you will be doing

• Support the EVP Commercial and other members of the Executive Management Team
• Liaise and support divisional heads for operational, safety and quality issues related to global key account customers
• Develop, continuously improve and monitor customer performance through Menzies operating systems (RSMS, MORSE, MARS etc)
• Maintain global action plans for all safety related measures.
• Coordinate suitable responses to CAT A and CAT B incidents.
• Enable change management through process development.

What we are looking for

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a hands‑on senior key account, customer performance or commercial position, aviation sector specific experience preferred.
• Strong project management skills / PM qualifications
• Comprehensive knowledge about the aviation industry.
• Experience of presenting to or speaking in front of groups or teams to deliver communications messages or training
• Strong experience of Power BI reporting.
• Strong organisational skills and a structured approach to planning and delivery
