Responsibilities and Duties
  • Strategic Sales & Business Development: Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to achieve and exceed revenue targets. Personally lead and close complex sales cycles with government agencies (law enforcement, intelligence, military) and Fortune 500 corporate security departments.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing, cross-functional team encompassing sales, professional services, customer support, and account management. Foster a collaborative and results-driven culture aligned with Kaseware's mission.
  • Practice Building & Scaling: Establish and grow the practice in Dubai. Develop and implement scalable processes for service delivery, customer onboarding, and ongoing support to ensure exceptional client satisfaction.
  • P&L Management: Own the profit and loss for the region, managing budgets, forecasting, and ensuring the financial health and growth of the operation.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Collaborate with the global leadership team to refine and execute the go-to-market strategy for the region. Provide valuable market feedback to product and marketing teams to ensure our solutions meet the evolving needs of our clients.
  • C-Level Engagement: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with senior executives and key stakeholders within client and partner organizations.
  • Travel requirements: Up to 50% travel, mostly within the Middle East and Gulf Coast country region.
Required Education

Bachelor's Degree (Required)

Required Skills & Experience
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in enterprise software sales, consulting, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully selling complex software solutions to government and/or large corporate clients.
  • Demonstrated experience in a leadership role, with a history of building and managing cross-functional teams.
  • Verifiable experience in scaling a business or practice, including developing and implementing growth strategies.
  • Demonstrated experience in creating and managing partner relationships with large system integrators, VARs, and third party buyers.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and influence C-level executives.
  • A strategic mindset with strong business acumen and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Other Requirements
  • Languages: Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
Expected compensation
  • Competitive salary and bonus program in an entrepreneurial environment.
  • Base Salary: $150,000 yr to $200,000 yr - OTE: $275,000 to $325,000 - The advertised base salary and OTE is in US Dollars, payments (e.g. base salary, commissions, bonuses) will paid out in the equivalent UAE Dirhams (AED).
