Job summary

AD Ports Group in Abu Dhabi seeks a Vessel Performance Specialist to serve as the analytical and operational backbone of the Vessel Performance function, delivering data-driven intelligence that drives fuel efficiency, regulatory compliance and decarbonization across the fleet.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, or related maritime field.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Minimum 3 years as 3rd Engineer on board Ro-Ro vessels preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze vessel performance data and prepare reports weekly, monthly, and annually.
• Identify optimization areas and report findings to management.
• Ensure accuracy of Noon Reports and sensor data for AI systems.
• Monitor compliance with EU/IMO regulations and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with IT and Systems on digitization initiatives.
• Monitor KPIs like fuel consumption deviations and regulatory compliance.
