Qualifications

• Helideck/heliport or aviation operations experience essential.
• Emergency response and firefighting training essential.
• Strong leadership and communication skills required.
• Ability to work in high-pressure situations.
• Valid security clearance (or ability to obtain) and clear background check.

Responsibilities

• Safety & Operations Management: oversee vertiport safety during aircraft operations and deny unauthorized access.
• Ground Operations: supervise passenger handling and aircraft turnarounds; ensure charging procedures and safety checks.
• Emergency Response: act as Emergency Response Team Leader and coordinate with local services.
• Administrative Duties: maintain vertiport records and ensure regulatory compliance.
