Role Overview:

Orbit International Survey Services LLC is seeking a highly organized and experienced Vendor Inspection Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This dual-role position is ideal for candidates who excel in both quality control inspection and HR/administrative coordination. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the integrity of inspection operations and project compliance while also supporting HR functions such as recruitment and employee documentation.

This is a fast-paced role requiring precision adaptability and excellent communication skills ideal for professionals looking to contribute to large-scale engineering and inspection projects across the UAE and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

Quality Control & Inspection Coordination

  • Manage and monitor inspection schedules ensuring timely execution across all active projects.
  • Prepare update and maintain all QA/QC documentation including reports checklists and compliance logs.
  • Coordinate with inspection teams third-party inspectors clients and contractors to ensure accuracy and on-time delivery of reports.
  • Participate in project meetings with EPC contractors PMC consultants and clients to provide QC insights and updates.
  • Maintain up-to-date calibration and certification records for inspection equipment and personnel.
  • Assist in preparing documentation for internal and external quality audits.

HR & Administrative Support

  • Support the recruitment cycle for technical staff from candidate sourcing and screening to onboarding and deployment.
  • Manage employee records including training certificates HSE documentation and compliance files.
  • Coordinate induction programs and training schedules for new hires.
  • Ensure alignment of all personnel records with client and site-specific requirements.
  • Liaise with payroll project teams and finance to track timekeeping attendance leave records and mobilization data.
  • Provide administrative assistance for manpower planning visa processing and compliance with UAE labor regulations.

Requirements
  • Bachelor s Degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • 5 8 years of relevant experience in a QA/QC Coordinator or similar role within the inspection or engineering industry.
  • Hands-on experience in HR coordination particularly in field staff recruitment and documentation.
  • Proven knowledge of ISO standards quality assurance procedures and HR compliance.
  • Must hold a valid CSWIP certification (preferred).
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite; ERP and workforce management system experience is a plus.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Currently on a Visit Visa or with a Canceled Visa status in the UAE.
  • Available for immediate joining or with minimal notice period.
  • Holding a valid UAE driver s license is advantageous.
