Job summary

MMA in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Paint Protection Film (PPF) and vinyl wrap technician. You will install PPF on vehicle panels including bumpers, bonnets, doors, mirrors, headlights, roofs and side skirts, using pre-cut templates or bulk/manual methods while ensuring bubble-free, wrinkle-free finishes.

Duties include measuring, cutting, stretching and applying vinyl film, heat-forming to smooth curves, wrapping full or partial vehicles, removing existing wraps safely and identifying

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–4 years of PPF experience.
• Ability to measure, cut, stretch and apply vinyl film.
• Experience with pre-cut templates and bulk/manual installs.

Responsibilities

• Install Paint Protection Film on vehicle panels including bumpers, bonnets, fenders, doors, mirrors, headlights, roofs and side skirts.
• Perform both pre-cut/template and bulk/manual PPF installation with precision.
• Ensure bubble-free, wrinkle-free, contamination-free finishes and clean edge wrapping where possible.
• Identify scratches or paint defects before starting work and prepare surfaces accordingly.
• Remove existing wraps safely without damaging paint.

Job description

Install Paint Protection Film on vehicle panels including bumpers, bonnets, fenders, doors, mirrors, headlights, roofs, and side skirts.Perform both pre-cut/template and bulk/manual PPF installation.Accurately position, stretch, squeegee, and apply PPF.Ensure bubble-free, wrinkle-free and contamination-free installation.Perform clean edge wrapping and finishing wherever technically possible.Handle complex curves, corners, sensors, cameras, handles, badges and trims carefully.Install vinyl wraps for full and partial vehicle applications.Measure, cut, stretch and apply vinyl film accurately.Install wraps on bonnets, roofs, doors, bumpers, mirrors and other body panels.Use heat-forming techniques to achieve smooth and seamless finishes.Remove existing wraps safely without damaging the vehicle's paint.Identify scratches, dents, paint defects or other issues before starting work.Ensure surfaces are completely dry and suitable for film application.
