About Wynn Al Marjan Island

On schedule to open in the United Arab Emirates in early 2027, Wynn Al Marjan Island has been created as an opulent and entertaining beachside destination for discerning guests to play and relax. Located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, this integrated resort offering 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theatre, nightclub, and five-star spa is currently under construction on a picturesque island that gracefully curves into the Arabian Gulf.

About The Position

Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a UX/UI Designer to join the resort’s Product Development team.

The Primary Duties And Responsibilities Of This Role Are

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to conduct user research, including persona development, user interviews, and usability testing, to gather insights into guest behavior and preferences
• Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows that demonstrate effective UX and streamline the customer journey from discovery to booking, emphasizing ease of use and elegance.
• Ensure design feasibility and alignment with Wynn’s Brand guidelines and overall business objectives.
• Develop visually appealing, responsive UI designs that reflect Wynn’s luxury brand standards, ensuring consistency across all platforms (desktop, mobile, apps).
• Develop and maintain design systems, including style guides, pattern libraries, and interaction guidelines to promote consistency across digital products.
• Collaborate on A/B testing initiatives, usability testing and data analysis to refine designs and increase engagement and conversions on Wynn’s digital platforms.
• Stay up to date with current UI/UX design trends, tools, and best practices, bringing new ideas and solutions to improve the guest experience.
• Ensure that all designs comply with accessibility standards and guidelines.
  
  

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• Over 3 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
• Experience with Gaming and Hospitality is a plus, but not essential
• Proven portfolio demonstrating design skills and successful UX/UI projects
• Expertise in Figma, Adobe PS, AI, AE
• Strong understanding of user-centred design principles
• Experience in user research and usability testing
• Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Familiarity with agile and scrum methodologies
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to creating exceptional user experiences.
• A creative thinker with a deep appreciation for luxury and guest experience.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to the fast pace changing needs of the organization.
