Job summary

Nexus Blue Project Management in Dubai is seeking a UI/UX Product Designer who owns the user experience across digital products, with a strong emphasis on UX over UI. You will independently conduct user and product research, map journeys, and translate business requirements into well-planned experiences.

You will work hands-on in Figma, develop flows, wireframes, prototypes, and design systems, collaborating with developers and stakeholders to ensure implementations match the designs.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of professional UI/UX, product design experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking and problem solving.
• Experience designing websites and mobile apps.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma.
• Ability to convert complex requirements into simple, intuitive experiences.
• Experience working with developers and understanding technical limitations.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the UX process from discovery through final implementation.
• Understand user needs, behaviours, pain points, and business objectives.
• Conduct user research and product analysis as required.
• Create personas, journeys, information architecture and experience maps.
• Develop user flows, wireframes and prototypes.
• Identify usability problems and propose practical improvements.
• Collaborate with management, developers and stakeholders to understand requirements.
