OUR EXPECTATIONS FROM THE ROLE

• Responsible for mending/sewing staff uniforms and guest clothing.
• Issuing uniforms to all associates.
• Quality inspection of uniforms in all aspects – new, washed and regular upkeep.
• Uniform inventory and maintain par levels for all associates.
• Monthly discard of worn uniforms.
• Assist as a laundry attendant when needed or when someone is sick or on vacation.
• Distribute clean uniforms to personnel according to company specifications.
• Report any associate or guest complaints to your supervisor or manager.
• Remove all rubbish from your area to the designated area by the end of the shift; maintain the cleanliness of the work area.
• Attend meetings and training sessions/courses that may be beneficial to you and your department on request from your leaders.
• Be aware of health and safety regulations.
• Perform any other relevant task.
