Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or related field preferred.
• 5–10 years in high-volume wardrobe operations with RFID uniform systems, housekeeping, or inventory management.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills with a solid administrative background and proficiency in inventory systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with proven multitasking abilities.
• Strong people management and budgeting capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and update uniform stock records using Uniform Management Systems.
• Track issuance, returns and adjustments across departments.
• Forecast uniform needs based on staffing and operational changes.
• Lead procurement activities, liaise with suppliers and monitor delivery schedules.
• Evaluate vendor performance, approve uniform requests and ensure budget compliance.
• Coordinate fittings for new hires and existing staff, ensuring proper sizing and comfort.
