Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Diagnostic Ultrasound/Sonography/Medical Imaging/Radiography or
• Associate Degree/Diploma in Ultrasound with Registration/certification or accreditation as a Radiographer/Sonographer
• Active home country registration
• Dubai Health Authority (DHA) License

Responsibilities

• Performs ultrasound examinations per department guidelines across OB/GYN, abdominal, small parts, vascular, neonatal, musculoskeletal and interventional areas.
• Participates in coordination of Quality Improvement and Education Programs and attends staff meetings.
• Schedules patients, evaluates emergencies, and collaborates with radiologists to meet procedural needs.
• Performs safety checks, follows up on incidents, handles patient complaints, and maintains a clean, hygienic work area.
• Contributes to the safe operation of the Ultrasound suite.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Diagnostic Ultrasound/Sonography/Medical Imaging/Radiography

Associate Degree/Diploma in Ultrasound with Registration/certification or accreditation as a Radiographer/Sonographer
