Job summary

Softspace (ASICO) is seeking a UI/UX Lead to shape intuitive digital experiences across web and mobile products. You will lead the design process from research to polished interfaces, collaborating with product managers, developers and stakeholders.

This hands-on leadership role requires setting a clear design direction, mentoring a team, and turning complex requirements into simple, accessible user experiences.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional UI/UX or product design experience.
• 2+ years leading a design team or major initiatives.
• Strong portfolio showing end-to-end design work.
• Proficiency in Figma with components, auto layout and design systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end UI/UX design from research to final interfaces.
• Translate user and business needs into design solutions.
• Maintain design direction across products and projects.
• Build and maintain design systems and guidelines.
• Plan user interviews, usability testing and validation.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver great experiences.
• Mentor designers and maintain design quality via reviews.
• Create design specs and support implementation.
