Job Overview

Vision Tact is seeking a creative and analytical UI/UX Designer who will lead the design process for our web platforms, AI dashboards, automation tools, and marketing assets. This role involves working closely with product, data, and engineering teams to design intuitive user journeys that make AI and data-driven systems accessible and visually compelling.

The designer will contribute to the full design lifecycle — from concept and wireframing to high-fidelity prototypes and handoff.

Key Responsibilities

• Design responsive user interfaces for Vision Tact’s website, internal tools, and client dashboards.

• Develop interactive prototypes, wireframes, and mockups in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.

• Conduct user research, competitive benchmarking, and usability testing.

• Work closely with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of designs.

• Maintain and evolve the Vision Tact design system to ensure brand and UX consistency.

• Design dashboards and interfaces for data visualization, AI workflows, and process automation tools.

• Collaborate with marketing to produce digital creatives for campaigns, landing pages, and media visuals.

• Contribute to concept design for R&D, AI solutions, and client demos.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.

• Minimum 2 years of professional UI/UX design experience.

• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, XD), and prototyping tools.

• Understanding of front-end frameworks (HTML, CSS, React) is a plus.

• Experience designing dashboards, enterprise platforms, or AI-based products preferred.

• Strong visual design sense and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
