Job summary

Mundfish is seeking a UI Production Specialist to coordinate user interface development across production stages. You will align UI work with gameplay, tech and art teams, and drive the UI pipeline within Unreal Engine.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, planning, and timely delivery of features for AAA-style projects. Ideal candidates have experience coordinating UI/UX teams, strong communication, and familiarity with project management tools to maintain transparent workflows

Qualifications

• Experience as a Producer/Project Manager in game industry (AAA preferred).
• Understanding of the UI/UX development pipeline in games and UI integration with gameplay.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams (UI/UX designers, artists, programmers).
• Familiarity with Unreal Engine UI integration and game production processes.
• Proficient with project management tools (ClickUp, Confluence or similar).

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate UI development across production stages.
• Manage UI team tasks, monitor deadlines and quality.
• Synchronize UI work with gameplay, tech and art teams.
• Develop and support the UI production pipeline in Unreal Engine.
• Organize playtests, track progress and unblock blockers.
• Ensure UI solutions align with overall game systems.
• Participate in feature planning, estimation and release prep.
