Qualifications

• 4+ years of commercial experience building React.js applications.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
• Experience with Tailwind CSS, Material UI, or shadcn/ui.
• Solid understanding of responsive design with Flexbox and CSS Grid.
• WCAG 2.1 accessibility knowledge and semantic HTML.
• Experience integrating REST APIs and handling async data.
• State management with Redux Toolkit, Zustand, or Context API.
• Familiar with Git, code reviews, and Agile/Scrum workflows.

• Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs and manage asynchronous data flows.
• Implement responsive, mobile-first designs with a strong focus on accessibility and usability.
• Work closely with UX/UI designers to deliver polished user experiences.
• Manage application state using Redux Toolkit, Zustand, or Context API.
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies.
• Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate APIs and troubleshoot application issues.
• Contribute to frontend architecture, coding standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What We're Looking For:

• 4+ years of commercial experience developing applications with React.js.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
• Experience with modern UI frameworks such as Tailwind CSS, Material UI, or shadcn/ui.
• Strong understanding of responsive design principles using Flexbox, CSS Grid, and mobile-first development.
• Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, semantic markup, and WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards.
• Experience integrating REST APIs and handling asynchronous data.
• Hands-on experience with state management using Redux Toolkit, Zustand, or Context API.
• Familiarity with Git, code reviews, and Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Next.js.
• Exposure to Node.js (Express or NestJS) or Python (FastAPI or Flask) for backend API development.
• Basic knowledge of PostgreSQL or MongoDB.
• Understanding of authentication and authorization using JWT and OAuth2.
• Experience with data visualization libraries such as Chart.js, Recharts, or D3.js.
• Exposure to LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), or AI-powered applications.
• Experience working with Azure or AWS cloud environments.
• Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and modern DevOps practices.
