Job summary

Le Chene is seeking an experienced Governess/Private Educator to oversee the education and daily routines of two young children in Dubai. The role involves delivering age-appropriate literacy, numeracy, handwriting, and school readiness for the 5-year-old, while guiding language, play-based learning, and sensory development for the 3-year-old.

You'll support SEN needs when required, coordinate routines, and plan extracurricular activities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Governess, Private Educator, or Governess/Nanny in UHNW/private households.
• Strong knowledge of early childhood development for ages 2–6 and structured learning frameworks.
• Experience with SEN support or exposure to sensory/attention/behavioral needs is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver structured, age-appropriate learning in literacy, phonics, numeracy, handwriting and school readiness for the 5-year-old.
• Guide early play-based learning, language and sensory development for the 3-year-old.
• Establish structured daily routines, coordinate nursery/homework, and curate engaging activities and social experiences.
• Provide hands-on care across an estate and adapt during international travel and schedule changes.
