Whitespot in Dubai seeks a Governess/Nanny to join a prestigious UHNW private household. You will provide exceptional childcare, educational support, and development activities while coordinating with schools and staff.

You should hold a Norland or equivalent qualification, be willing to relocate to Dubai, travel internationally with the family, and maintain discretion and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Norland or equivalent qualification required.
• Proven experience as a Governess, Educated Nanny, or similar role.
• Willingness to relocate to Dubai.
• Willingness to travel internationally with the family.
• Valid First Aid & CPR certification.
• Experience working with UHNW/high-profile families preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional care, supervision, and educational support to the children.
• Plan and deliver age-appropriate educational and enrichment activities.
• Assist with homework, reading, learning, and personal development.
• Manage school drop-offs and pick-ups and coordinate with school staff.
• Organize and supervise playdates, outings, sports, arts, music, and other activities.
• Accompany the family on domestic and international travel.
• Manage children's routines, schedules, packing, and requirements during travel.
• Coordinate children's appointments, extracurricular activities, and events.
• Create a safe, nurturing, organized, and stimulating environment for the children.
• Work professionally alongside the existing household team, including nannies, maids, drivers, and other staff.
