You will coordinate internal and external partners and tailor options to each client’s premium needs. Qualificações

• Bachelor degree in Business, Finance, Hospitality, or related field.
• 5–8 years experience in premium client service / wealth management / private banking.
• Experience with luxury clientele and high-end concierge services.
• Familiarity with Dubai/GCC etiquette and premium lifestyle ecosystem.

Responsabilidades

• Act as primary day-to-day contact for assigned UHNW members and their assistants.
• Receive requests and respond to inquiries, deliver requested services.
• Develop understanding of client preferences, service history, important dates, travel patterns, communication preferences and authorised-contact arrangements.
• Coordinate with service providers, operations, concierge providers, merchants and product teams to obtain accurate, timely outcomes.
• Record accurate interaction notes, commitments, case status and client preferences in the CRM.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow authentication, data privacy and escalation processes.
