Job summary

Adecco is seeking an experienced UAT Tester for a banking project based in Abu Dhabi. The role requires strong hands-on UAT expertise, analytical thinking, and excellent communication within cross-functional teams.

You will prepare test cases, execute scenarios, document defects, and ensure quality before deployment. Only candidates currently residing in the UAE will be considered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of UAT experience, preferably in banking.
• Must be currently residing in the UAE.
• Experience with banking technology projects is highly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Execute UAT activities for banking applications and systems.
• Validate business requirements and ensure system functionality meets user expectations.
• Identify, document, and report defects while coordinating with relevant project teams.
• Collaborate with business users and stakeholders throughout the testing process.
• Prepare test cases, execute test scenarios, and maintain testing documentation.
• Support project delivery by ensuring quality standards are met before system deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• - Candidate must be currently present in the UAE.
• - Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• - Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.
• - Experience working on banking technology projects is highly preferred.
