Job summary

ACTION International Services LLC is seeking a Public Relations Officer (PRO) to manage employee visa, immigration, labour and government-related processes in the UAE. You will ensure timely visa issuance, ID renewals and compliance with UAE regulations.

The role requires 2–4 years of UAE PRO experience, strong knowledge of visa procedures and hands-on use of MOHRE, GDRFA and ICP systems. English communications are essential; Arabic is a plus. Proficiency in MS Office is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years of UAE experience as a PRO, Visa Officer, Immigration Officer or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of UAE visa, immigration and labour procedures.
• Hands-on experience with MOHRE, GDRFA, ICP and UAE government systems.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple applications and deadlines simultaneously.
• Good written and spoken English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end employment visa processes, including entry permits, status changes, medicals, Emirates ID and residency issuance.
• Process work permits, labour contracts, visa renewals, amendments and cancellations.
• Manage applications through MOHRE, GDRFA, ICP and other government platforms.
• Liaise with government authorities, Amer, Tasheel, Tawjeeh and other service centres as required.
• Track visa, work permit and Emirates ID expiry dates and ensure timely renewals.
• Verify employee documentation and coordinate attestations, translations and other requirements where necessary.
• Maintain accurate visa and immigration records and provide regular updates to HR.
• Support Recruitment and HR Operations with onboarding and offboarding visa requirements.
• Resolve visa-related issues, rejections and delays with the relevant authorities.
• Stay updated on changes to UAE labour, visa and immigration regulations.
