Job summary

Simply Solved is seeking an UAE tax advisory professional to manage VAT and corporate tax filings for diverse clients, from law firms to real estate and startups. You will help with e-invoicing readiness, provide structuring advice, and support FTA interactions with a strong emphasis on client service and accuracy.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years UAE experience in a professional-services or advisory environment with tax exposure.
• Direct interaction with UAE tax authorities (FTA) on registrations, filings or queries.
• Strong customer-service mindset and project-management experience for client-facing work.
• Eligible and committed to pursuing dual FTA Tax Agent certification (VAT and Corporate Tax).
• Ability to explain tax positions to non-technical clients, not only in memos.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review UAE VAT and corporate tax filings for varied clients (law firms, clinics, real estate, IT, F&B, startups).
• Support e-invoicing readiness as it becomes mandatory across client segments.
• Advise on tax implications of company setup and structuring for new entrants.
• Assess QFZP eligibility and document positions to flag gaps before they become risks.
• Independently review tax returns and positions to surface exposure and improvement opportunities.
• Prepare senior-ready findings and remediation recommendations.
• Support Q3-Q4 corporate-tax health-check cycle and respond to VAT reviews year-round.
• Work with law firms to design tax-efficient asset structures (ADGM, DIFC, DMCC) and maintain filing framework.
• Build relationships with FTA resources and provide technical guidance for compliance.
• Progress toward dual FTA Tax Agent certification and take on advisory-led client ownership over time.
