Job summary

Ink IT Solutions is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Consultant with a strong UAE payroll focus. The role covers implementation, configuration, testing, validation, and ongoing support to ensure accurate and compliant UAE payroll operations.

You will configure ECP for UAE, manage wage types, PCRs, and payroll schemas, integrate Employee Central with ECP, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with HR, functional, and technical teams to deliver timely payroll

Qualifications

• 8+ years of SAP Payroll experience.
• Hands-on SAP SuccessFactors ECP expertise.
• UAE payroll implementation or support experience mandatory.
• Knowledge of payroll configuration, schemas, PCRs, and wage types.
• Experience in payroll integration, testing, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support SAP SuccessFactors ECP for UAE.
• Manage UAE payroll processes, schemas, PCRs, and wage types.
• Ensure payroll compliance with UAE regulatory requirements.
• Support payroll processing, validation, reconciliation, and issue resolution.
• Integrate Employee Central with Employee Central Payroll.
• Troubleshoot payroll issues and support testing, enhancements, and releases.
• Collaborate with HR, functional, and technical teams to ensure accurate payroll operations.
