Responsibilities include managing the team, developing sales strategies through market research, producing reports, handling customer feedback, maintaining relationships, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• Excellent command of English language and good communication skills.
• Proven track record in sales or customer service.
• Self-motivated, organized, and a team player.
• Ability to work autonomously and with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other computer skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage a team of sales personnel in order to meet sales targets.
• Develop strategies for increasing sales opportunities through market research and analysis.
• Create detailed reports on performance metrics, trends, customer feedbacks etc.
• Monitor customer complaints and feedbacks to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Develop relationships with customers to drive repeat business.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, law regulations etc.
