Qualifications

• 2 – 4 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience in Freezone or business setup industry is an advantage.
• UAE Driver’s License with own Car.

Responsibilities

• Handles follow ups with existing clients and updates status on the CRM.
• Educates clients with information related to payments and eligibility.
• Achieves monthly renewal KPI targets.
• Coordinates between Revenue, Compliance, and Operations Teams.
