Job summary

A Dubai-based firm is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Accountant to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing in compliance with UAE labor laws. The successful candidate will manage payroll, support onboarding and offboarding processes, and maintain organized records for audit purposes. A diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and 3 years of payroll accounting experience are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll accounting, preferably within the UAE.
• Ability to accurately process payroll in compliance with UAE regulations.
• Capability to manage onboarding tasks including payroll setup.

Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
• Calculate final settlements for leaving employees.
• Maintain organized records for audit purposes.
