Ounass in Dubai is seeking an Assistant Planner to support sales, stock and demand planning across assigned categories, collaborating with Merchandising, Buying, Supply Chain and Finance to ensure accurate forecasting and stock availability.

The successful candidate will be analytical, well organized and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced retail environment; UAE National with a valid family book is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
• UAE National with a valid UAE family book, where applicable to the role.
• Experience in planning, merchandising, retail operations, analytics or related field is advantageous.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills to interpret sales and stock data.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when working with reports and data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience with ERP/planning systems is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Support sales, stock and demand planning across assigned categories.
• Monitor sales, stock levels, intake and product availability; flag risks and opportunities.
• Forecast sales, stock requirements and replenishment needs using historical data.
• Maintain planning data, reports, trackers and system information.
• Prepare regular sales, stock, intake and performance reports for review.
• Analyze actual performance vs. plan and share findings with stakeholders.
• Support replenishment and allocation to maintain stock across stores and online.
• Coordinate with Merchandising, Buying, Supply Chain and Logistics teams.
• Assist with seasonal planning, budget prep and in-season trading.
• Contribute to weekly/monthly trading reviews and planning presentations.
