Responsabilités

• Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services (e.g., transportation, reservations, dry cleaning).
• Gather, summarize, and provide information to guests about the property and surrounding area amenities.
• Answer, record, and process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns.
• Coordinate with relevant departments (e.g., Bellperson, Housekeeping) to resolve guest needs.
• Monitor club lounge for seating, service, safety, and guest wellbeing.
• Follow company policies, maintain professionalism, and uphold Marriott standards.
