Responsibilities

• Assist with UAE employment visas, work permits, residency documentation and related government requirements.
• Coordinate with UAE immigration, labour and government authorities to support applications, renewals and related transactions.
• Track applications and documents to ensure timely completion.
• Provide basic guidance to employees on documentation requirements and steps.
• Maintain accurate records and filing of government-related documentation.
• Collaborate with HR colleagues and external service providers to resolve routine queries.
• Provide general administrative support across Government Operations activities.
