Job summary

Eni Abu Dhabi B.V. seeks a UAE-national Accountant in Abu Dhabi for a 10-year fixed-term contract under the Emiratisation Programme. Arabic required, English at intermediate level. Responsibilities include processing vendor invoices, three-way matching, and assisting closing activities.

The role focuses on compliance with tax regulations, internal controls, and collaboration with procurement and finance teams. Only UAE nationals with a Family Book will be considered for this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial statements.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices using SAP and three-way match.
• Verify invoice accuracy and approvals for payments.
• Prepare and process vendor payments via multiple methods.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
