Job summary

A leading healthcare company in Dubai is seeking a Market Access Associate to design strategies for product inclusion in health insurance. The ideal candidate will have a degree in medicine or pharmacy and 4-5 years of experience in the UAE pharmaceutical industry along with knowledge of the reimbursement system. Excellent communication skills and fluency in English are required, with Arabic being an advantage. This is a full-time position.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of relevant work experience in the UAE pharmaceutical industry with exposure to insurance-related tasks.
• 4-5 years of work experience in a health insurance provider in the UAE.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement strategies for product inclusion in health insurance.
• Build and maintain a database for reimbursement criteria.
• Advise on product aspects impacting reimbursement eligibility.
• Manage relationships with health insurance providers.
• Support pricing strategy and obtain regulatory approvals.

Skills

Understanding of the country’s pharmaceutical market

Excellent knowledge of reimbursement system

Strong relationships with health insurance providers

Excellent communication skills

Fluency in English

Arabic is an advantage

Education
