Job summary

impronics digitech is seeking a detail-oriented Project Engineer to oversee infrastructure initiatives in the UAE, guiding planning, execution, and monitoring to meet timelines and budget while ensuring compliance with technical standards.

The ideal candidate will coordinate with consultants, clients, and subcontractors, review shop drawings, manage schedules, and proactively identify risks to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
• 4–6 years of UAE infrastructure project experience.
• Proficiency in Primavera and MS Project.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor project activities to ensure on-time delivery within budget.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, prepare material submittals, and generate regular progress and status reports.
• Coordinate effectively with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project alignment and smooth execution.
• Review and validate shop drawings, technical documents, and project specifications for accuracy and compliance with standards.
• Identify potential project risks early and recommend practical mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
