Role Summary:

The Customer Service Executive role will be responsible for achieving and maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.

Contract: Permanent

Location: Fujairah, UAE (On‑Site)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming phone calls and enquiries that must be attended within set KPIs.
  • Prepare and provide accurate, valid, and complete information about the ME ports along with quoted PDAs when required.
  • Coordinate customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure suitable resolution.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to ensure satisfaction.
  • Follow communication procedures and guidelines.
  • Prepare reports by collecting and analysing customer information.
  • Adhere to Quality Management Systems and Health, Safety and Environment standards to ensure safety, quality, and environmental compliance across the department.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Good understanding of port agency operations from enquiry stage through to presenting the FDA.
  • Very strong in understanding processes and applying them to everyday work.
  • Local Middle East Port knowledge.
  • Shipping Agency Experience.
  • Shipping Terms knowledge.
  • Excellent Business Acumen.
  • Excellent Strategic Thinking Abilities.
  • Good communication and interpersonal relationship skills in managing people, planning, organizing, and supervising.
  • Excellent Leadership skills.
  • Excellent Decision‑Making Abilities.
  • Proven administrative and numerate skills, with initiative to solve day‑to‑day problems professionally.
  • Good marketing ability and proven skills in identifying potential business opportunities.
  • Good understanding of port operations and port agency services (more than 5 years).
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and related internal systems.
