• 7 years’ experience in similar role and industry/group of companies.
• Minimum 7 years’ experience working within a Law Firm/Group of Companies.
• Deep understanding of UAE law and its application to business.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal (Arabic speaker is a must).

Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate, and review legal documents and agreements.
• Provide support in assessing legal risks in business agreements.
• Advise on corporate governance and compliance matters.
• Prepare legal opinions and reports for management.
