Job summary

Bird & Bird is seeking a Talented Paralegal to support the UAE Corporate and Dispute Resolution teams in Dubai. You will assist with corporate transactions, regulatory filings, and dispute-related tasks, collaborating with lawyers and senior stakeholders across the firm.

You will conduct legal research, draft and review documents, manage matter files, and coordinate with courts and notaries. A minimum of two years’ experience and bilingual proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years’ experience as a Corporate and/or Dispute Resolution Paralegal in an international law firm or comparable environment.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, with strong written and verbal communication.
• Proactive, collaborative, and able to build relationships across cultures.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal and regulatory research using firm resources and monitor developments.
• Assist with establishment and maintenance of entities, regulatory filings, and compliance tasks.
• Support corporate transactions and closings, including due diligence and document preparation.
