Job summary

Linklaters in Dubai is seeking a Banking Paralegal to support transactional matters across the UAE office and globally as capacity allows. You will work with Partners and Associates, manage documents and due diligence, and communicate in English and Arabic.

The role requires 2 years of banking paralegal experience, strong organisational skills, and the ability to work remotely or in hybrid settings as needed.

Qualifications

• 2 years' experience as a Banking Paralegal in an international firm or financial institution.
• Experience supporting banking and finance transactions, including due diligence and document management.
• Fluent Arabic and English with professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and assist in transactional matter work in English and Arabic.
• Manage capacity, availability and future workflow across UAE and global MO team.
• Use IT tools, data rooms and due diligence platforms to support matters.
