Job summary

SEGULA Technologies is seeking a skilled CAD / As-Built Specialist for a 12-month assignment in the United Arab Emirates. You will review design information, convert it into accurate As-Built drawings, and coordinate with engineers and technicians to reflect installed CCTV, Access Control and telecom systems.

The role requires strong AutoCAD capability, attention to detail and the ability to work under tight project deadlines on rail/transport infrastructure projects in the UAE.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience preparing As-Built drawings.
• Strong practical understanding of CCTV layouts, Access Control and Telecom systems.
• Experience with ELV or low-voltage systems and fibre connections is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and update As-Built drawings for CCTV, Access Control and Telecom systems.
• Review design drawings, installation records and site information to ensure accuracy.
• Identify discrepancies between design documents and installed conditions and coordinate resolutions.
• Maintain drawing registers, revisions and document-control records.
