AGS Movers is seeking a Branch Director based in Dubai to oversee operations in the UAE, including Abu Dhabi. You will lead the branch, drive growth, manage the budget and cashflow, and ensure FAIM-compliant service levels.

The role requires 5 years in a senior management position, English fluency, and a focus on profitability and customer satisfaction. A local contract in Dubai with a competitive fixed salary and attractive commission is offered.

Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience in a senior management role.
• Fluency in English is essential.
• Knowledge of International Mobility industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch operations in Dubai and Abu Dhabi to drive growth.
• Develop leads and represent AGS Movers at conferences and events.
• Manage budget, expenditure, cashflow, and debtors/creditors liabilities.
• Ensure services meet high quality and FAIM standards; implement corrective actions.
