Qualifications

• Candidates must be based in the UAE and should be willing to move to company visa.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate receiving, moving, and clearing of materials from ports.
• Manage imports efficiently and safely.
• Receive, move, and store incoming products after clearing.
• Check and inspect all products received for damages or missing items.
• Report the status of incoming shipments to the WH Coordinator.
• Sort and store products in designated areas following FIFO/FEFO.
• Prepare custom kits and labels accurately.
• Assist in monthly inventory counting and report discrepancies.
• Check for expired stock and dispose of them as needed.
• Prepare products for delivery with delivery personnel.
• Ensure correct quantity, type, and quality of packaged products.
• Assist with loading and offloading products.
• File all supporting documents related to product handling.
• Update data into Netsuite and maintain a clean warehouse.
